The bedsheets were incredibly comfortable, and the room temperature was just right. We had a corner room on the highest floor, offering an excellent view of the city. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless, with a vanity mirror that had a built-in TV. The hotel provided a Nespresso machine instead of the usual basic coffee machine, which was a great surprise. The housekeeping staff tidied our room and turned down the beds while we were out, and we even received a complimentary snack and note from the GM as a welcome amenity. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre, close to many attractions and events. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.
